Video Essentials DV Kit – An absolute "must"!

■ Clear Filter - Helps protect your valuable lens from dirt, scratches, grime, and damage
   without any color or exposure change to the subject.
■ Circular Polarizer - Increases color saturation, provides deep blue skies on sunny days
   and greater cloud contrast, while reducing reflection and glare from glass, water, and
   non-metallic objects.
■ Warm UV17 - Removes 97% of the ultra violet light. Combines 812® Color Warming
   Filter with UV17. Reduces cool blue tones of outdoor scenes and video lights and
   warms up skintones for a healthier look.

"Film Look" DV Kit – Create different variations of the "film look".

■ Black Diffusion FX® 1/2 - Gives a silky-smooth look to textured surfaces; suppresses
   facial blemishes andwrinkles while maintaining a clear focused image. Softens the
   scene, with no hint that a filter was used.
■ Warm Black Diffusion/FX® 1/4 - Provides same benefits as Black Diffusion/FX with more
   subtle effects. Added warmth of 812® Color Warming filter provides healthier looking
   skintones.
■ Black Pro-Mist® 1/2 -Tones down excessive sharpness to create the "film look."
   Especially useful given the extremely sharp resolution of today’s lenses. Creates a light
   "pastel" effect while reducing contrast and slightly lightening shadow areas.
■ Soft/FX® 1 – Contains tiny "lenslets" that soften unwanted details, but maintain
   overall image clarity and focus. Tones down wrinkles and skin blemishes while leaving
   the eyes appearing sharp.

Special Effects DV Kit – A whole new world of artistic possibilities!

■ Color-Grad® ND 0.6 – Balances sky to foreground. Half clear to half Neutral Density 0.6
   with a soft edgetransition. Can be used to tone down an overly bright sky. Only half of
   scene is affected, with no image or exposure change to other half.
■ Pro-Mist® 1/4 - Tones down excessive sharpness and reduces contrast by lightening
   shadow areas somewhat. Creates a moderate flare that adds a pearlescent glow
   around highlights.
■ ENHANCING - Makes reds, rust browns and oranges "pop". Ideal for fall foliage, red
   barns, brick buildings, sunsets, wood tones and flowers.
■ Gold Diffusion/FX® 1/2 - Gives a silky smooth look to textured surfaces, and adds a
   warm, gold tone to the scene. Suppresses facial blemishes and wrinkles, while keeping
   the eyes crystal clear. Neutral colors are minimally affected, while cool colors and
   skintones are slightly warmed and softened.
